Quotations

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Quotations are based on information available at the time of inspection.

• Additional work requested after acceptance may incur additional charges.

Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area.

Any delays caused by restricted access, vehicles, locked gates or other obstacles may result in additional charges.

Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation Areas

The customer is responsible for informing us of any known Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), conservation area restrictions or other legal protections affecting trees on the property.

Where required, work will not commence until the appropriate permissions have been obtained.

Hidden Hazards

Quotations are based on visible site conditions.

We are not responsible for damage arising from hidden defects, underground services, unmarked utilities, concealed structures or other conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced.

Waste Removal

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all waste arising from the work will be removed from site and disposed of responsibly.

Where wood, logs, mulch or arisings are to remain on site, this will be agreed in advance.

Weather

Work may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions where safety could be compromised.

We will endeavour to rearrange appointments as soon as reasonably possible.

Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.

Cancellation

Customers should provide at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation where possible.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs where work is cancelled at short notice and expenses have already been incurred.

Liability

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the work undertaken, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Acceptance

Acceptance of a quotation, booking of work or instruction to proceed shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
